Sarah WhittleIndependent Non Executive Director
Sarah is an HR professional with more than 25 years’ experience as an HR leader and practitioner. Sarah is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and is fully licensed by the British Psychological Society; with primary specialisms in testing platforms SHL, 16PF and Myers Briggs. Since 2016, Sarah has held the position of HR Director at Freshwater UK.
During her career, Sarah has worked in public, private and third sector organisations and has run her own HR consultancy for ten years. She has worked in organisations of up to 300 employees, and been involved in both strategic and operational HR management. Sarah has experience in the management of large scale mergers, change management, effective implementation of learning and development strategies, talent planning, recruitment and retention, and reward. Currently, as Director of HR, Sarah leads on all HR policies, employment legislation, learning, recruitment, reward, people management, HR business planning and company-wide performance management and resourcing.
Other areas of interest include regular charity work, Corporate Social Responsibility and an ongoing passion for CPD. Sarah is very experienced at securing achievement of externally benchmarked standards such as PRCA, Investors in People (Gold) and IS0 9001.
